1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites install on the user’s browser when the user visits them. They enable the website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language, session data or other configuration options, which may facilitate your next visit and make the site more useful to you.
In addition to cookies as such, this website may use technologies similar to cookies. In this policy, the term “cookies” is used generically to refer to all such technologies.
MOOVE CARS MOBILITY SPAIN, S.L. uses the CookieScript service as its Consent Management Platform (CMP) in order to manage users’ cookie preferences. CookieScript acts as a processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR and operates within the European Economic Area.
Technologies similar to cookies:
Tracking pixels (tracking pixels or web beacons): these are small transparent images embedded in a web page or in an email which make it possible to record whether the user has visited a page or opened a message. They are used by the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads services for conversion measurement.
Scripts: these are fragments of program code which are executed in the user’s browser or on the server and which allow the website to function interactively. CookieScript and the analytics widgets use scripts to manage consent and measurement.
Device fingerprinting techniques (device fingerprinting): these consist of the collection of information about the configuration of the user’s browser and device (screen resolution, operating system, language, installed plug-ins, etc.) in order to generate a unique identifier without the need to store a file on the device. MOOVE CARS MOBILITY SPAIN, S.L. does not actively use fingerprinting techniques. Nevertheless, certain third-party providers may employ similar techniques in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. How can you manage cookies?
5.1. Cookie Settings Panel (CookieScript)
Information on cookies is presented in accordance with the layered information model recommended by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD). The first layer is the cookie banner displayed upon first accessing www.moovecars.com, offering three options of equal visual prominence: “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Cookie settings”. The colours, sizes and contrasts of the buttons do not induce inadvertent consent. The second layer is this Cookie Policy, which is accessible from the link in the banner and from the footer of the website. No non-essential cookies will be installed until you give your express consent. Scrolling, continued browsing or any other positive action on the website does not constitute valid consent. If you close the banner by clicking the “X” without selecting any option, only strictly necessary cookies will be applied and all others will be deemed to have been rejected. The checkboxes or selectors for optional cookies in the settings panel will never appear pre-ticked or enabled by default.
You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the cookie icon permanently displayed on the website, or via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The withdrawal of consent shall be as straightforward as the giving of it. The changes will take effect immediately in respect of future cookies. 5.3. Multi-purpose cookies (multiple purposes)

The services of www.moovecars.com are addressed to professionals and to persons of legal age. 6. What happens if you reject cookies?
You may reject non-essential cookies via the Cookie Settings Panel without this limiting your access to the content or to the main functionalities of the website.
Nevertheless, the rejection of certain categories may have the following consequences:

7. International transfers arising from cookies
The analytics and advertising cookies are provided by entities established in the United States (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation). The activation of these cookies by means of your consent entails the transfer of the data collected by them to servers located in the United States.

8. Updates to this Cookie Policy
MOOVE CARS MOBILITY SPAIN, S.L. reviews this Cookie Policy periodically in order to keep it up to date and consistent with the cookies actually used on the website.
The policy will be updated, as a minimum, in the following cases: where cookies are added to or removed from the website, where relevant regulatory or interpretative changes occur, following the periodic technical cookie audits (at least once a year), and where significant changes are made to the website or to digital marketing campaigns.
Any amendment will be published on this page and, where significant, may be notified by means of the cookie banner. The date of last update is indicated at the end of this document.
