TERMS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

Access to the MOOVE CARS website is free of charge for all users.

In those cases in which the provision of such access is conditional upon the prior completion of the corresponding user registration, such registration shall be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the relevant section of the service itself.

The user warrants the authenticity and accuracy of the data provided by means of the forms which may be available on the website.

It shall be the user’s responsibility to keep all the information provided permanently up to date, so that it reflects, at all times, their actual circumstances.

The entity reserves the right to withdraw any comments and contributions which infringe respect for human dignity, or which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic in nature, which are harmful to young people or children, or to public order or public safety, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.
