At Moove Cars Madrid we have several operational bases and electric hubs spread throughout the key points of the city. From the central base, urban mobility or VTC drivers in Madrid who want to work with us are hired on a daily basis.
Interviews for VTC drivers are held every weekday, and training sessions are also available for those with immediate availability.
Madrid is the city where we manage the largest fleet of vehicles and drivers, and also where demand for work is highest. For this reason, we offer different contract types depending on the season and market demand.
There is generally availability for both morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of choosing the base from which to start work.
The most common contracts are full-time, 40 hours per week, with two fixed consecutive days off and one weekend off every five weeks. These contracts are indefinite.
For special periods, additional shifts are available, such as: 32-hour contracts (Monday to Thursday) with three fixed days off.
Weekend-only contracts, designed for those seeking extra income or balancing work with studies. These contracts are also full-time (8 hours plus 1 break per shift) and indefinite.
In all cities, and especially in Madrid, we look for VTC drivers experienced with hybrid and electric vehicles, and skilled at driving in high-density urban environments.
Essential requirements to work as a VTC driver in Madrid: At least 2 years of driving license validity; Minimum of 8 points on the license; All documentation in order and fully certified; Intermediate level of Spanish.
