We offer permanent contracts with a fixed salary plus tips, as well as the possibility of earning additional incentives based on revenue. The contract is 40 hours per week, with two days off, including the possibility of one weekend off every five weeks. Urban mobility or VTC drivers in Valencia also receive vacation days according to the agreement, compensation for public holidays worked, and the option to drive hybrid or electric vehicles.
Additionally, there is a dedicated support team available around the clock to assist with any needs remotely. Each driver is assigned a vehicle for 8-hour shifts, after which it must be returned clean and refueled to the base for the next team member.
To facilitate the work, we provide scheduled car washing and vacuuming services, fuel cards, and a nearby workshop. The requirements to work as a VTC or urban mobility driver in Valencia include at least two years of driving license history, a minimum of 8 points on the license, and all necessary certified documentation.
