For all of you who are new — and those who have been with us for a while — we’ve created this blog to bring us a little closer together. Who are we? What do we do? Who do we do it for? These might be some of the many questions you have about us, and today we’re going to try to answer a few of them.
A BIT OF OUR HISTORY…
Moove Cars was born in Madrid in 2018, where our activity was focused on managing VTC (private hire vehicle) fleets. In 2021, Uber began working with us, and today we operate a fleet of vehicles — mostly hybrids — and a team of professional, efficient drivers.
In 2023, we began our expansion across Spain, reaching 13 cities. Later, in 2024, we took a big step forward by electrifying a large part of our fleet. We also started expanding internationally to France, the Netherlands, Italy, and the United States. In the latter, we launched a new line of business dedicated to the management and operation of autonomous vehicles.

Today, we are the leading urban mobility company whose mission is to provide society with an efficient, safe, reliable, innovative, and sustainable mobility service. We define ourselves as a company driven by excellence, integrity, responsibility, and diversity.
Currently, we have a fleet of over 4,000 cars and a team of more than 10,000 people.

We focus on attracting, retaining, and empowering talent within our team so that we can innovate using the most advanced technology.
We have our own facilities — or “bases,” as we call them — where we ensure our fleet is kept in perfect condition.
All our drivers receive job training before their first day of work to make sure there are no doubts or issues.
